Carefully selected Cagnulari grapes, expertly hand-picked and pressed after 6 hours of skin and juice contact. The sparkling wine is fermented in an autoclave at low temperature using the Charmat method and then left to age for 6 months "sur lie". Through this process, the yeast enhances fruity and delicate spicy aromas, allowing the formation of a fine and persistent effervescence.
