The "Is Solinas" wine matures in oak barrels, and since the 2014 vintage, it has been available as a Riserva made from 100% Carignano grapes. This wine exhibits a deep red color and captivates with a delicate and spicy bouquet. Notes of red fruits with a hint of balsamic can be detected on the nose. The wine is soft and harmonious on the palate with a long finish. It pairs exceptionally well with beef and lamb dishes.

Soil: Sandy with limestone and clay components.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration take place at controlled temperatures and typically last for 10-12 days. Afterward, the wine is transferred to cement tanks to undergo malolactic fermentation.
Food Pairing: Well-seasoned first courses, grilled tuna belly, roasted suckling pig and lamb, well-aged cheeses.
Closure: Natural cork.
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C.
