S'Elegas Nuragus di Cagliari DOC by Argiolas is a distinctive white wine crafted exclusively from Nuragus, a native Sardinian grape variety. It displays a bright straw-yellow color and seduces with a fruity and lightly spicy bouquet. On the palate, it is full-bodied, smooth and dry, supported by a refreshing acidity and a subtle bitter almond finish, characteristic of the Nuragus grape.

The winemaking process involves gentle pneumatic pressing, natural clarification, and fermentation under temperature-controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal purity and freshness. Maturation continues in steel, followed by brief bottle aging.

This refreshing wine pairs wonderfully with seafood starters, baked fish dishes, vegetable-based meals, poultry with potatoes and tomatoes, and soft young cheeses – a perfect choice for Mediterranean cuisine.
