A characterful Cannonau from the heart of Sardinia
Urùlu is an elegant Cannonau di Sardegna DOC with a deep ruby red color. It offers intense aromas of wild berries, spicy notes, and a balsamic touch. On the palate, it is warm, harmonious, and well-structured, with smooth tannins and refreshing acidity. The finish is savory and persistent.

Origin & Vineyards
The grapes are grown in Locoe, Sorasi, and the high-altitude lands of Sa Lacana near Orgosolo. The vineyards are cultivated traditionally and sustainably by the members of the winery.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed, and undergo spontaneous fermentation. The wine is aged for at least one year in oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.
Serving Suggestion
Serve at 16–18 °C. Ideal with rich pasta dishes, roasted meats, or game.
